Learning outcomes

The candidate is able to:

  • plan, prepare, implement and control one's own work and the work of groups, as well as work processes, taking into account ergonomics,
  • communicate with the user, with his legal representative, with professional workers and colleagues and business partners,
  • use modern information and communication technology,
  • prepare an individual plan and risk assessments for the user in cooperation with the professional team,
  • to document and maintain prescribed documentation,
  • ensure the maintenance of working resources and equipment,
  • to ensure the quality of the services and work provided,
  • use energy, material and time rationally,
  • to protect health and the environment, to be responsible for one's own safety and the safety of others,
  • plan and organize the process of training and work of the user in accordance with the individual plan, in cooperation with the professional team,
  • implement work process and user training,
  • monitor and control the work efficiency and quality of the user's work,
  • provide support to the user in strengthening the formal and informal social network,
  • organize and implement leisure activities for the user,
  • organize and implement the process of manufacturing, storing and promoting the product,
  • encourage the user to maintain independence.

Accessors

Verification and assessment are carried out by committees for the verification and validation of national vocational qualifications, appointed by the National Examination Centre (NEC). Committee members must be licensed by the National Examination Centre. Licences may be found here [2].

Assessment and completion

VALIDATION

During the guidance process the candidate prepares a portfolio, which is assessed by a committee. If the portfolio submitted by the candidate contains authentic, valid and adequate proof of the knowledge, skills and competences defined in the occupational standard, the committee may:

  • validate the contents of the occupational standard in full,
  • validate the contents of the occupational standard in part and define the knowledge, skills and competence to be verified,
  • refuse to validate any of the contents of the occupational standard because the candidate has not provided proof of any of the knowledge, skills and competences defined in the occupational standard, in which case it will verify the occupational standard in full.

METHOD OF VERIFICATION

Practical verification with an oral presentation.

Condition for obtaining certificate

Candidates demonstrate attainment of the knowledge, skills and competences defined in the catalogue of standards of vocational knowledge and skills.
