• A higher vocational qualification and three years’ work experience in the carriage of dangerous goods, or
• a secondary technical qualification and five years’ work experience in the carriage of dangerous goods and
• a certificate of attendance of training for security consultants, as prescribed in section 1.8 of the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR), (Uradni list RS, 9/03, 66/03, 9/05, 9/07, 125/08, 97/10 and 14/13).

• certificate of participation in training regarding duties and responsibilities in the work process (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR), UL RS Nos 9/03, 66/03, 9/05, 125/08, 97/10 and 14/13)

• at least one year of work experience on a construction site in a work process where heavy construction machinery is used, which the candidate proves with authentic documents showing the time and content of the work performed (e.g. reference letters, reports on the work performed with the signature of the responsible person, contracts, proof of student work, etc.)

• at least one year of work experience in a work process where heavy mobile lifts are used, which the candidate can prove with authentic documents showing the time and content of the work performed (e.g. reference letters, reports on the work performed with the signature of the responsible person, contracts, proof of student work, etc.)
