Special entry conditions

  • at least a level of education at SQF 5 or a certificate of successful completion of a knowledge test issued by the National Examination Center – RIC (Decree on the methods and conditions for ensuring the rights of persons with international protection) and
  • evidence of at least 300 hours of interpretation performed by the candidate in the last five years, as evidenced by reference letters from organizations, societies, institutions, etc. in
  • proof of language skills:
    • knowledge of the Slovene language at least at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, which the candidate proves with a certificate of education at least at SQF 5 level in the Republic of Slovenia or with a publicly valid document on passing an examination in Slovene at least at a higher level (B2) and
    • knowledge of the Albanian language demonstrated by the candidate with a certificate of education at least at SQF 5 with Albanian as the language of instruction or with a certificate of passing the Albanian language proficiency exam at least at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​in reading, listening and speaking, level B2 when writing.

    • knowledge of the Arabic language, which the candidate proves with a certificate of education at least at SOK 5 level with Arabic as the language of instruction or with a certificate of having passed an exam in Arabic at least at level C1 of the Common European Language Framework in reading, listening and speaking and at least at B2 in writing or with a certificate/extract that the candidate is registered in the Directory of court interpreters for the Arabic language at the competent ministry (Ministry of Justice) in Slovenia.

    • the knowledge of the Persian language, which the candidate proves with a certificate of education at least at SOK 5 level with Persian as the language of instruction or with a certificate of having passed an exam in Persian at least at level C1 of the Common European Language Framework in reading, listening and speaking and at least at B2 in writing or with a certificate/printout that the candidate is registered in the Directory of Court Interpreters for Persian or Farsi language at the competent ministry (Ministry of Justice) in Slovenia.
