Special entry conditions

• Completed elementary school and at least five years of work experience in the field of 3D printing and additive technologies; the work experience can be demonstrated by the candidate with a contract of employment / work on the project or by the employer’s letter with attached documentation* of at least five products made with 3D printing technology or additional technologies, or
• upper secondary vocational education and at least three years of work experience in the field of 3D printing and auxiliary technologies or at least upper secondary or secondary technical education and at least one year of work experience in the field of 3D printing and additional technologies. The candidate can prove his / her work experience with an employment / project contract or with the employer’s reference letter with attached documentation * for the production of at least one product made with 3D printing technology or additional technologies.

* Documentation includes: product or product photo (in case the product cannot be attached, the candidate explains why it was not attached), 3D computer model, technical description of the product (product purpose), measurements of product accuracy and justification of measurements and suitability of choice technology and material for the manufacture of the accompanying product.

Special entry conditions

Candidates may propose in their personal portfolio, as a test sample in connection with the practical assignment for verification, the type of weld (butt or angle), sheet or pipe, base material group, welding position and other details regarding the welding of the test sample, which the committee will then take into account when determining the practical assignment in the event that the candidate has to undergo verification.
